Ms. Evandra Nakano, is the founder, Director, President & CEO of Infield Minerals Corp. She was also co-founder and former CEO and CFO of Kismet Resources Corp. which amalgamated with TDG Gold Corp. in 2020. From 2010 to 2014, Ms. Nakano was a technical team member of B2Gold Corp., where she participated in the evaluation of several major acquisitions. With more than 18 years of international mineral exploration and mining industry experience, Ms. Nakano brings a strong combination of technical expertise and business acumen to the Company. She holds a B.Sc. (Honours Geology) from the University of British Columbia (UBC) and an MBA (Finance) from Sauder School of Business, UBC.
Mr. Ackerman is the President and CEO of Emprise Capital Corp. (“Emprise”), a company providing management, restructuring, accounting, and financial services to public companies. Mr. Ackerman has been active in the public markets for more than 30 years, having held senior executive roles in various capacities from Investor Relations to Executive Management. In addition to his role with Emprise, Mr. Ackerman currently serves as director and/or officer of a number of publicly traded and private “start-up” venture companies, and has experience in all aspects of corporate restructures, both in the US and Canadian jurisdictions. Mr. Ackerman graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology with a diploma in Marketing in 1987.
Luke McFarlane has over 18 years of experience in investment management, equity capital markets and corporate finance. Mr. McFarlane is the founder and CEO of Mountain Ash Investment Management, and co-founder of Vikara Capital. He previously worked for Millennium Management, Balyasny Asset Management, Platinum Asset Management and Macquarie. Mr. McFarlane has a BS Finance from La Trobe University.
Mr. Robert Chisholm has been the Chief Financial Officer at Emprise since July 2008, a company providing management, restructuring, accounting, and financial services to public companies. Prior to Emprise, Mr. Chisholm was the Chief Financial Officer for PNI Digital Media from September 2001 until March 2009, a publicly listed company (acquired by Staples). Mr. Chisholm holds a professional accounting designation in Canada and received his BBA with a major in accounting from Saint Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia.
Mrs.Diakow is a professional geologist with over 18 years of experience in themineral exploration industry, primarily in the junior sector. Her expertisespans the exploration of precious metals, base metals, and diamonds acrossNorth America. Notably, Mrs. Diakow played a key role in the discovery team forGreat Bear Resources’ Dixie Project (now called the Great Bear Project underKinross Gold), where she effectively leveraged her strong technical backgroundand project management skills.
Dr. Alan Wainwright is an economic geologist focused on precious and base metals with 25+ years of mineral exploration and research experience in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. Alan completed his PhD with Ivanhoe Mines at Oyu Tolgoi (Mongolia) and was a co-recipient of the H.H. Spud Huestis award for his role in the Coffee Gold discovery (5 Moz Au; Yukon). Alan led the industry-sponsored Western Tethyan Metallogeny Project at UBC-MDRU, where the research team built new geologic and mineral exploration frameworks for the Balkans, Turkey and Caucasus. Alan is a Professional Geoscientist (PGeo; EGBC) and a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists.
Mario Stifano is a seasoned mining executive and Chartered Professional Accountant with over 20 years of experience working with exploration, development and producing mining companies. Mr. Stifano is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Galantas Gold Corporation and Executive Chair of Dore Copper Mining Corp. Mr. Stifano has held a number of senior executive positions including Chief Executive Officer of Cordoba Minerals Corp., Executive Chairman with Mega Precious Metals Inc., Vice President and Chief Financial Officer with Lake Shore Gold Corp Inc., and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ivernia Inc. Mr. Stifano has been instrumental in raising over $800 million to explore and fund mining projects, including raising over $500 million at Lake Shore Gold Corp Inc., to develop three gold mines which are currently producing over 180,000 ounces of gold annually, and are now part of the Canadian assets within Pan American Silver.
